Host-UP is a host company based in London which offers property management services along with decoration and maintenance to homeowners. Host-UP provides homes of affordable accommodation for short-term period, for thousand guests coming from all over the world every year.

The host does not live in the properties and if you book a Private Room in a Shared Accommodation, you can expect to interact with other guests from the other rooms that may be in the property that time. However, we have 24/7 online communication and you can message us for anything anytime.

Yes, we do have both entire flats available and private rooms. 

There is no minimum length limit, however the maximum you can book for is usually 3 weeks. However it depends the circumstances we may offer accommodation for longer stay than that. For more information please contact us.

It is either Check-in at 2pm and Check-out at 11am or Check-in at 4pm and Check-out at 12pm(noon). It really depends on the property. However we offer Early Check-in(upon request and as subject to availability) up to 2-3 hours earlier. Or late Check-out up to 2 or 3 hours later for a fee.

Early bag drop is available upon request on the day of your arrival. To request this service and for more details, just reply to the email you receive from us regarding your arrival details.

You can always contact us through email or texting or even call us if it’s more of an urgency issue. We have a 100% response rate and we reply in less than an hour in day times, and withing few hours during the night if it is not an emergency.

Confirmed booking cancelled prior to 1 week in advance of the arrival date will attract a cancellation fee equivalent of 50% for each nights booked and confirmed. 

  • Confirmed booking cancelled within 1 week will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the room charge for each nights booked and confirmed.

Should there be a No Show on the rooms booked and confirmed you will be charged an equivalent to the Room Charges for each of the nights reserved and confirmed.

PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance.

  • Stripe

Stripe is a payment processing platform that accepts credit card payments.
